Man Wanted By Authorities After Police Say Stolen Items Were Found On His Property

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man after they said they found a stolen trailer on his property. Deputies said Gerald Starr has warrants out for his arrest. Deputies seized the stolen dump trailer in Kansas, Oklahoma on December 3rd.
